1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing any report from Collector's Arch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of collectorsarch.com.
2. Who We Are
Collector's Arch is an independent art market intelligence platform operating online, producing career trajectory reports on artists for individual collectors.

3. Our Services
Collector's Arch offers the following services:
Standard Report — A single artist career trajectory report delivered as a PDF, valid for six months from the publication date or until a material career event occurs as defined in the Analytical Shelf Life clause contained within the report.
Report and Active Monitor — A single artist career trajectory report as above, plus active monitoring for six months. If a material career event occurs within the monitoring period — including a confirmed auction result, museum acquisition, biennial invitation, gallery change, or significant press feature — a revised assessment and updated rating will be issued to the purchasing collector.
Collector's Arch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. Prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Reports are delivered to the email address provided at the time of order. Collector's Arch is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address provided by the customer.
5. Delivery and Timeframes
Reports are delivered within 24 to 72 hours of a confirmed order. This timeframe is an estimate and not a contractual guarantee. Collector's Arch will notify you if a significant delay is anticipated.
Delivery times may be extended in exceptional circumstances including where publicly available information on the requested artist is insufficient to complete the assessment to the required standard.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Once a report has been delivered, no refund will be issued. If Collector's Arch is unable to complete a report due to insufficient publicly available information on the requested artist, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
If you have not yet received your report and wish to cancel your order, contact us at hello@collectorsarch.co.uk within 12 hours of placing your order.
Cancellations requested after this period cannot be guaranteed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content produced by Collector's Arch — including but not limited to reports, ratings, assessments, methodology, scoring framework, charts, text, and visual design — is the intellectual property of Collector's Arch and is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property law.
When you purchase a report, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that report for your own private informational purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, share, resell, sublicense, or use any report or any part of it for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Collector's Arch.
You may not reverse-engineer, replicate, or seek to derive the scoring methodology, rating framework, or analytical system from any report.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website or any report produced by Collector's Arch to engage in any unlawful activity. To misrepresent the source or nature of any report. To publish or share any report or extract from a report in any public forum, social media platform, or commercial context without written permission. To attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its systems.
Collector's Arch reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity at its sole discretion.
9. Accuracy and No Warranty
Collector's Arch takes reasonable care to verify facts from publicly available sources. However, we do not warrant that any report is complete, accurate, or error-free. All reports are provided on an as-is basis.
Our reports reflect editorial judgment and are not a guarantee of any market outcome. Please refer to our Disclaimer for a full statement of limitations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Collector's Arch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or any report, including loss arising from an acquisition decision made in reliance on a report.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
